Fail over support

We are looking at failover for Traveler and we would like to point our users to another Traveler server if the main one is down (using a reverse proxy).
As I understand the Traveler server will only answer on one host name(?) and if we use a proxy to direct users to another Traveler server that server will not know what to do with the incoming request since it was originally sent to another host name?

Will this be addressed in future versions?
